Submit business to us online through submit.AXIS

We require all business submissions for our AXIS Global Insurance Segment to be submitted to us via our proprietary website. In order to utilise the site a placing broker entity needs to be registered and approved by AXIS.

AXIS maintains an intermediary approval committee comprised of financial and underwriting staff from our Dublin and Bermuda offices- however interim approval can be agreed in a few days if required.

From new intermediary entities we will require
 

 
Once an intermediary has been approved individual brokers will be able to register on the site and create a password protected personal account. This account will then provide a record of all submissions made to AXIS and their status. The site is very simple to use with a free text narrative and a browser section to attach supporting information and the slip.

Our Underwriters in Dublin, Bermuda and London will use the site (and e-mail) to communicate issues and provide indications of terms, however formal acceptance will only be communicated outside the submission system by fax or scanned pdf file (signed and endorsed by the appropriate underwriting offices).
