Intondi, CPCU
Executive Vice President, U.S. Claims Manager

| John Intondi is responsible
for the management of all US claims activities. He was
previously Senior Vice President of Claims at Combined
Specialty Group’s P&C division, Royal Specialty
and ACE USA, where he also served as a member of the
Board of Directors. John has held a variety of senior
positions at Crum and Forster, Western World Insurance
Company and Consolidated Mutual Insurance Company. Mr
Intondi is the AXIS representative to the Excess and
Surplus Lines Claims Association and is an active member
of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel
(FDCC). |

Hart
Vice President, Claims Manager - Casualty

| As Vice President of Casualty
Claims, David Hart is responsible for handling liability
claims. He previously held the same position at Combined
Specialty Group and held the position of Assistant Vice
President at Royal Specialty Underwriting Inc. He is
also a Licensed Attorney authorised to practise law in
the Florida Bar. |

Kenneth
Mullins, CPCU
Vice President, Claims Manager - Property

| Kenneth Mullins is Vice
President of Property claims and is responsible for the
management of all US property claims. Prior to joining
AXIS Re – U.S., he held the position of Vice
President of Property Claims at Combined Specialty Group
and has been a multi-line Loss adjuster for 23 years with
GAB Robins, reaching the level of Branch operations manager.
He is also a member of the Atlanta CPCU chapter. |

Lajewski
Assistant Vice President, Senior Claims Specialist

| As Assistant Vice President,
Property Claims, Stephen Lajewski handles newly reported
excess and primary property losses and assists in the running
of the property claims department. Prior to joining AXIS,
he was Assistant Vice President with the Fireman’s
Fund / Interstate Group of insurance companies and a property
adjuster at Chubb. |

Lloyd-Bragg, Esq.
Assistant Vice President, Claims Supervisor – Financial
Insurance Solutions/Financial Institutions

| Joanne Lloyd-Bragg handles
claims under a variety of specialty products, including
Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability,
Fiduciary Liability and other financial lines. Prior to
joining AXIS, Joanne was a Claims Examiner for Chubb Insurance
where she handled a diverse range of specialty claims.
From 1997 through 2001, Joanne handled specialty claims
for AIG. She is a member of the New Jersey and the New
York State Bars. |

Howard Sulzman, CPCU
Assistant Vice President, US Reinsurance Claims

| Howard works in our
New York office as Assistant Vice President - AXIS Re
– New York Claims. He has extensive
experience handling complex claim issues in most lines
of business involving both Reinsurance and Insurance. In
addition, Howard has significant experience in claims
administration, operation management, best-practice protocols,
due diligence and claim operational reviews. Before
joining AXIS, Howard held a variety of senior management
positions with Swiss Re over a period spanning 20 years
and was the founding principal of World-Class Claims
Management which provided claims strategies and solutions
to insurance and reinsurance clients. |

joining AXIS, she was Claims Operations Manager for ACE
USA and held various management positions with Prudential
Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Hanover Insurance
Company. |

Matthew Odalen
Senior Claims Specialist – Financial Insurance Solutions/Financial Institutions

| Matt has responsibility for handling Directors & Officers Liability and Employment Practices Liability claims involving both commercial and financial institutions accounts. He works out of the Berkeley Heights, NJ office and reports to Tracy Forsyth. Matt joined AXIS from AIG, where he handled D&O, EPL and Fiduciary Liability claims. Prior to joining AIG, Matt practiced law in NJ. |

Vazquez
Senior Claims Specialist – Financial Insurance Solutions/Financial Institutions

| Timothy C. Vazquez, Esq. handles
claims under a variety of policies, including Directors & Officers
Liability, Errors & Omissions, Employment Practices
Liability, & Fiduciary
Liability. Prior to joining Axis, Tim was employed
with Chubb Insurance in a similar capacity.
From 2000 through 2002, Tim was a Claims Counsel for Zurich
North America Insurance where he handled Professional
Liability Errors and Omissions claims for the
Diversified Financial Institutions Group and was
responsible for account coordination for several larger
insurance agents errors and omissions programs. He
is a member of the New Jersey and the New York State Bars. |
