domiciled eligible surplus lines insurer, is committed to protecting the privacy
of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information")
that we may collect through the AXIS Site (the "AXIS Site").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use
the AXIS Site and your sole recourse is not to use the AXIS website. Any revisions
to this Privacy Policy will be posted at this location on the AXIS Site. It
is your obligation to periodically visit the AXIS Site to review any changes
