A. Fischer
CEO & President, Global Reinsurance

William A. Fischer has been Chief Executive Officer and President of
Global Reinsurance since our inception. He is also Executive
Vice President of our subsidiary, AXIS Specialty Limited. Mr. Fischer
has 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Fischer began his career at Skandia
America Reinsurance in 1987 as a treaty underwriter, where he served
until November 1991. From November 1991 to October 1994,
he served as Vice President of Treaty Property Underwriting at Transatlantic
Reinsurance Company. Mr. Fischer served as Executive Vice President
with responsibilities for property, accident and health, and financial
products at Everest Re Group, Ltd. from October 1994 to May 2001.
He then served as a Senior Vice President of the Brokered Group of
American Re, where he was responsible for all property business, until
joining us in late 2001. |

Dave
Wolfe
Executive Vice President, R/I Underwriting

| Dave Wolfe previously was a Vice President of the Brokered Group of American Re, where he was responsible for underwriting property business. Prior to American Re, Dave was with F&G Re/St Paul Re, where he was a Vice President-Director and had responsibility for US CAT exposed property business. Dave, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Reinsurance, began his reinsurance career at F&G Re Inc in 1987 as an assistant treaty underwriter. He is a graduate of Lynchburg College. |

Andreas Thiele
Senior Vice President,
Director - Asia Pacific Region

| Andreas Thiele previously was a Senior Vice President at ACE Tempest Re with responsibility for the Asia Region. Prior to ACE Tempest Re he was General Manager/ Director of Sydney Reinsurance Company running the company’s Asia Pacific Operations out of Singapore. Andreas began his career with Jauch & Huebener Reinsurance Brokers in Hamburg in 1979 and following the company’s acquisition by Aon Corporation in 1997, worked for Aon Group Limited in London as an Executive Director. Andreas has spent most of his career outside of his native Germany with overseas positions in New York, London and Singapore, where he has been working for close to ten years. |

Peter Martin
Executive Vice President,
Actuarial

| Peter Martin previously served as a Vice President/Director for St. Paul Re in their New York office. His primary function was that of lead pricing actuary for North American treaty business. Peter also served in a similar role in the St Paul Re’s London office during the period 1996 to 1999. Peter began his career on the primary side for Fireman’s Fund in 1990, where he functioned in a variety of underwriting areas. He obtained his Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) in 1998 and graduated with a BS in applied mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989. |

Christian
S. Dunleavy

| Christian Dunleavy joined AXIS in February 2002. Christian has 10 years of experience in the Bermuda market specialising in catastrophe modeling and property underwriting. Prior to joining AXIS, Christian served as a Senior Catastrophe Analyst at Renaissance Reinsurance analysing and pricing treaty reinsurance, commercial insurance and residential catastrophe exposed property. |

Chris Dougherty
Senior Vice President – Global Reinsurance

| Chris Dougherty is responsible for the Life Exposed Catastrophe (Workers Compensation, Personal Accident, Life Insurance) and Terrorism lines of business. Chris has over 18 years experience in the P&C industry encompassing a variety of roles. Roles have included traditional actuarial work, reinsurance underwriting (both traditional and non-traditional), and the development of sophisticated capital models. Chris is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. |

Peter Kiernan

| Peter has 17 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Axis in May of 2006, Peter worked at PXRE Reinsurance Company for 14 years in a variety of roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President – Head of North American Property. He started his career in 1989 at St. Paul Re and is a graduate of Iona College. |

Richard Milner
Senior Vice President - Global Reinsurance

| Richard joined Axis in 2006 to underwrite the International Treaty Account. He has been involved in underwriting International Treaty business for more than a decade, having previously held underwriting positions at Gerling Global Re, Faraday Syndicate (formerly DP Mann) and PXRE Reinsurance Company. He is a graduate of the University of Bristol.

Shaney Bisset
Vice President, Underwriting

| Shaney Bisset works on the Property Treaty account. Shaney began her career at Lloyd’s of London. She was Assistant Underwriter on the US Property Treaty Account at the Faraday Syndicate (formerly DP Mann) from 1997-2000 gaining qualifications towards ACII, CPCU and ARe. Prior to joining AXIS, Shaney worked in the Equities Ecommerce division of Lehman Brothers in New York, where she gained the NASD Series 7 License. She graduated from the University of London with a BA in Politics. |

| Alex Smith graduated from Wake Forest University’s Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy with a BS in Mathematical Business. After graduating he worked for Aon Re Service’s Catastrophe Modeling Group for 2 years before joining AXIS. |

Guillame James
Assistant Vice President

| Prior to joining AXIS Specialty in 2005, Guillaume worked at ACE Limited in the Global Accumulation Risk Unit, focusing on Workers Compensation and Terrorism. Guillaume began his career with ACE Tempest Re as an Underwriting Analyst where he managed ACE Bermuda portfolios and quarterly roll-ups. Guillaume holds a Mechanical Engineering bachelor equivalent from Lycée Scientifique, Technologique, Professionnel P. et M. Curie and a bachelor from Louisiana Tech University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a double major in Finance and Computer Information Systems. |
