Dr. Karl
Mayr
CEO & President, AXIS European Reinsurance |

Dr. Karl Mayr has been Chief Executive Officer and President of AXIS Re Europe
since August 2003. He is also Chairman of the Board of our subsidiary, AXIS Re
Limited, and a director of our subsidiary, AXIS Specialty Holdings Ireland Limited.
He has 25 years of reinsurance experience. Mr. Mayr joined Frankona Ruckversicherungs-AG
in 1980, where he was appointed a member of the Board of Management in 1992.
From 1988 to 1992, he held senior officer positions at the U.S. branch of Frankona
in Kansas City, Missouri, which he headed up from 1990. After the acquisition
of Frankona by ERC, he served on various boards of management in their German
companies as well as a director on the boards of several of their European affiliates.
From 2002 until July 2003, he was Chief Executive Officer of GE Frankona Re. |

Stephan
Knipper
Executive Vice President & Deputy CEO,

| Stephan Knipper was appointed
Executive Vice President of Underwriting for AXIS Re
Europe in October 2003. With 16 years of reinsurance
experience, he serves as Deputy to Karl Mayr. Prior
to joining AXIS, Stephan was with Gerling Global. He
served as Chief Underwriter for Casualty, Credit and
Marine at Gerling Global Re Group from 1990 to 2000.
In 2000, he moved to London to head up Gerling Global
General & Re UK. From March 2002 to October
2003, he was a board member of Gerling Global Re Group. Stephan
began his career with an international law firm and
accountancy firm. He has degrees in Law and Economics. |

Bruno Felix
Executive Vice President and Senior Underwriter,

| Bruno Felix, a qualified actuary, has 23
years experience in insurance and reinsurance. Before joining AXIS, Bruno
served many years as Executive Manager and Chief Underwriter for the Paris
Branch of Gerling Globale Rueck with responsibilities in all property, casualty
and life treaty lines. Before joining Gerling in 1986, he worked for the
reinsurance department of the French Insurer GAN. He began his career in 1980
as an Insurance Commissioner in Ivory Coast. |

Dr. Gerd Bausert
Senior Vice President & Senior Underwriter, Engineering |
| Dr. Gerd Bausert joined Axis in February 2006. He started his reinsurance career with Munich Re, Munich in 1986. After 4 years he moved on to the Zurich Insurance Company as Senior Underwriter Engineering and Construction in the Assumed Reinsurance Department. After restructuring of the reinsurance activities of the Zurich he became the Underwriting Manager Engineering of the Zurich Re for the treaty and facultative account. With the spin-off and the establishment of Converium he managed the Engineering team in Zurich and the underwriters in the branch offices. Gerd has a Master of Science Degree and a PhD in Engineering and began his career in the construction industry. |

Andrew Bisset
Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriter,

Andrew Bisset has over 16 years of reinsurance and insurance experience. Before
joining AXIS, Andrew had worked for the reinsurance division of The Hartford
for more than 12 years in Hartford, Paris, London and Boston. His roles in both
London and Paris were focused on the European broker market, especially in
property catastrophe. He began his career in Boston underwriting
direct insurance for Liberty Mutual's National Accounts Department and for the
electronics underwriting division of St. Paul Fire and Marine. |

Jan Ekberg
Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriter,

| Jan Ekberg has 21 years of underwriting
experience in reinsurance. Before joining AXIS
Re, Zurich Jan was Underwriting Team Leader for
Property Pro-Rata and Per Risk business for the European Branch Offices
at GE Frankona based in Copenhagen. Earlier Jan had served in various
positions in GE Frankona, latest as Area Manager and Underwriter for
The Netherlands from 1999 to 2002 and from 1996 to 1999 he lead the
Facultative Property Centre of Excellence based in Munich. Jan began
his career at a direct insurance company. |

Wolfgang Amiras

| Wolfgang Amiras has 14 years reinsurance experience in property underwriting. Prior to joining AXIS, he was an Underwriting Manager with GE Frankona Reinsurance in Munich, responsible for property underwriting in Austria, Switzerland and Central Eastern Europe. He has a degree in business administration from University Passau. |

Ana Cifuentes

| Ana Cifuentes worked for Swiss Re in
Madrid before joining AXIS. She was Head of Property
and Casualty Treaty Underwriting at Swiss Re, and she
also previously had been a Casualty Treaty Underwriter
there. In 1996, she began her career at Gerling
Global Re, as Non Life Treaty Underwriter for the Spanish
and Portuguese markets. She studied Economics and Actuarial
Science. |

Cathriona Donlon
Vice President and Underwriter,

Cathriona Donlon has over 15 years reinsurance and insurance experience. Prior to joining AXIS, she was a Senior Casualty Underwriter and a member of the Underwriting Technical Services Team at Converium. She previously worked in London for 10 years, having started her career in the RSA Graduate Trainee Programme in 1989. She held various underwriting positions at RSA in the London Market and Multinational Risks divisions, and then spent two years at Hannover Re before moving to Zurich in 1999. Cathriona is ACII qualified, and she holds a BA in Economics from University College Dublin. |

Alain Favre

Alain Favre graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich with a Master's degree in material science. He worked for eight years in the medical devices industry with responsibilities in product development and marketing. Before joining Axis in 2006, he started his reinsurance career in 2004 at Converium as Engineering underwriter for the French and Spanish speaking countries. |

Maupoux

| Marc Maupoux is a qualified French
Actuary . Before joining AXIS, Marc was a Senior Underwriter
for France and Belgium for Rhein Rueck/Alea, Basel.
In 1994, he started his reinsurance career with Hannover
Rueck, Hannover as an Underwriter Life/Non-life
for France. |

| Christoph Nienhaus has 13 years of
experience in Credit & Bond insurance and reinsurance.
Before joining AXIS, Christoph served as Senior Underwriter

Department of Partner Re in Paris. Prior to joining
Partner Re Christoph was Underwriter at GeneralCologne
Re in Cologne and at Gerling Konzern Speziale Kreditversicherung

Christoph
Virchow

| Christoph Virchow has been a specialised
reinsurance underwriter for 13 years. Before joining
the AXIS Re team, Christoph was a senior Credit, Surety & Political
Risk underwriter for Swiss Re with market responsibility
for, among other markets, the UK and France. He joined
Swiss Re in 1996. From 1990 until then he was a Credit & Surety
underwriter with Zurich Re (now Converium), where he
was in charge of Germany, France and Italy as well
as other markets. Earlier, Christoph had been a commercial
banker for Credit Suisse in Zurich. |

Stefan
Habereder
Senior Vice President and Head Actuary

| Before joining AXIS Re Europe in January
2004, Stefan Habereder served for two years as the
head of the corporate actuarial department at Allianz
Global Risks in Munich. From 1999 to 2001 he was General
Manager Underwriting at Allianz Re, Dublin. He began
his career with Allianz in 1996 in the treaty reinsurance
department and became a fully qualified member of the
German actuarial society in 1998. He holds a MSc in
game theory and applied mathematics. |

Andreas
Brauchli

| Andreas Brauchli joined AXIS as Financial
Accountant for the Zurich Branch. From 1998 to 2004,
among other positions, Andreas has worked as Senior
Accountant for Group Reporting within the Finance Division
of Swiss Re. Prior to 1998, he had worked for Union
