The AXIS Property Insurance team is one of the few in the marketplace with the capacity, underwriting capabilities and broad risk appetite to offer one-stop global coverage for commercial property risks in mid- to large-size enterprises. We deliver specialized solutions and have built long-term relationships with appointed wholesale brokers. In-house capacity of up to $100 million is available for excess, and direct and facultative (D&F) coverage. For large projects, we can assemble up to $300 million capacity through our Construction Consortium membership at Lloyd's.
