Compensation Packages
Our total compensation packages are designed to be competitive in local markets. Base salary and annual incentive (bonus) targets are based on regional market data.
For our senior level employees, long-term incentive (equity) eligibility is set by role/function across all countries, and provides these employees with an opportunity to participate in our long-term growth and financial success.
